The Foundation's mission is to create an inclusive and accessible environment in the country's cultural institutions, contribute to renovation of museums, and to develop cultural patronage and professional training for the arts and culture sector.

The Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy of the Republic of Indonesia is under and responsible to the President and assists the President in carrying out government affairs in the tourism sector, and government duties in the creative economy, as part of national development goals.

WUIT

Westminster International University in Tashkent (WIUT), Uzbekistan's first international university, was established in 2002 with the support of the "UMID" Presidential Foundation, the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education, and the University of Westminster in London. WIUT began with 120 students enrolled in the Certificate of International Foundation Studies (CIFS) and BA (Hons) Business Administration programs. It offers internationally recognized degrees in Business Administration, Business Information Systems, Economics, and Commercial Law. WIUT also provides a Master of Arts in International Business and Management and a teaching qualification. The student population has grown to over 5,000.
