CreatiVillage, an integral part of the World Conference on Creative Economy where creators from around the world come together to showcase their creativity across various fields of the creative industries.

Participant Booth at CreatiVillage

Inspired by Uzbekistan's iconic Chimgan Valley, CreatiVillage is a specially designed area for exhibitors at the World Conference on Creative Economy. The design captures the essence of the valley's peaks as a metaphor for progress. Featuring over 1,000 green structures that echo the region’s lush landscape, the scenography includes dedicated exhibitor spaces, artfully 'cut-out' from the curvature of the area. This layout offers a unique visitor experience that invites exploration and discovery.

Booth Customization

Each Participant Booth is provided free of charge with the minimum equipment required for setup. It is up to the exhibitor to customize the booth to reflect their unique identity and creative vision. This space offers an unparalleled opportunity for creators to engage directly with a global audience.

Workshops

The venue will also accommodate creative art performances, allowing exhibitors to showcase their work in dynamic and engaging ways. Additionally, a dedicated workshop area will be available for exhibitors to organize workshops and interact with attendees in a more hands-on, immersive environment.

Participation is open to all creators, artists, designers, and innovators from Uzbekistan and around the world. We welcome a diverse range of exhibitors, including:

Non-Commercial Participation

CreatiVillage is a non-commercial event. No sales transactions are permitted on-site. Exhibitors are encouraged to showcase their work, engage with the audience, and exchange ideas. Distribution of promotional materials, business cards, and information about purchasing options for after the event is allowed.

Important Deadlines:

• Registration & Application - Deadline: 30 August

• Confirmation of Participation - Deadline: 6 September

• Delivery of Final Concept and Renders - Deadline: 13 September

• Delivery of Exhibits and Materials - Deadline: 20 September

• Booth Setup - Deadline: 27 September
